About Me

I graduated from the Atlanta School of Massage in March 2003. My areas of passion are therapeutic and clinical massage, pain relief and injury rehabilitation. Whether you are a highly trained athlete or a normal health conscious person, I will be happy to help you help yourself with sore or injured muscles and any chronic or posture related issues. 
Along with neuromuscular massage, I also specialize in Active Isolated Stretching, Cold Stone Therapy for Migraines, Thai,​​​​​ CranioSacral Therapy,  Reflexology, and the MyoKinesthetic System of healing modalities. I am also certified in Massage Therapy in the Hospital Setting by the Mayo Clinic.

I recently graduated as a Canine Therapeutic Massage Therapist. It made sense, as I have been in the veterinary field for over 30 years as a Animal Health Technician, manager and more. My love for animals has never stopped, so why should I?
